  • Digital Marketing Manager (6+ years’ experience)

Team Plantonorganic is looking for a digital marketing manager with over six years’ experience who will be responsible for defining and owning the growth and plan of Plantonorganic’s digital ventures across all available levers including performance marketing, ASO, conversion rate optimization, user lifecycle management and retention.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Defining, developing and implementing strategy and roadmap for the promotion of organic products and all the services on social media

  • Enhancing awareness on Plantonorganic brand in digital space

  • Web management of e-commerce platform

  • Measuring traffic in websites, identifying and evaluating new digital technologies for marketing campaigns, email marketing and display and search advertising by identifying trends and insights

  • Building the entire digital marketing stack including, but not limited to SEM, Social, Programmatic, Affiliates, Push Notifications, emails and more

  • Providing feedback on marketing campaign to tech and product team to improve and iterate the user experience and laying down integrations with requisite marketing tools and platforms

  • Managing multiple consultants for all digital performance and impact channels and drive them to execute and deliver against platform goals and targets

  • Charting out consumer journey and communication across all digital touchpoints

  • Be aware of emerging technologies, evaluate them and provide thought leadership and perspective wherever appropriate·       

  • Conducting weekly reviews against business plans and initiating any in-season planning and corrective action apart from discussing the required MIS reports with the business unit head.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing for over six years

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn display and programmatic campaigns

  • Highly creative and experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Solid knowledge of web and app analytics tools (Google Analytics/Mixpanel/Appsflyer/Tune/Singular)

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

 

  • Business Development Manager (5+ years’ experience)

 

Team Plantonorganic is looking for a Business Development Manager with over five years’ experience in Franchise model or Food Sector who will be responsible for client targeting, market research and networking.

Job Responsibilities:·       

  • Creating new client leads and maintaining relationships at a senior level.

  • Connecting and meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.

  • Must be self-driven and able to reach out to potential prospects, do rigorous follow-ups and acquire new clients.

  • Educating clients about the benefit of associating with Plantonorganic and responding to incoming email and inquiries.

  • Researching organizations online to identify new leads and potential new markets.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA (Marketing) with over five years’ experience in consultative selling business with a proven track record in sales and up-to-date industry knowledge

  • Smart, self-driven, and positive personality with good verbal and writing skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-suite, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator and other CRM tools

  • Effective analytical and organizational abilities.
