Preparation
Combine cleaned meat pieces, Plantonorganic meat curry gravy mix and add water in a pressure cooker.
Cook for 6-8 whistles over a medium flame (until the meat is cooked).
Open cook for few more minutes until the gravy is thick. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
Chef’s Tips
Prepare a tadka with mustard seeds, curry leaves and dried red chillies, add it to the curry for a better taste.
